What a shorter record means
Fewer of the events that finish operations off. Every market that lasts goes through attacks, long outages and rounds of address rotation, and a market from 2024 has been through fewer of them than one from 2021. That is the whole claim and it is a modest one.
It is not a claim about the people running it, and it is not a prediction. Some of the entries that are old now looked exactly like this in their first year.

- Less crowding. A newer market has fewer people and that cuts both ways, with fewer listings and less competition for them.

Three of these five are indistinguishable from each other on every fact this catalogue checks. Awazon, Osiris and Crown share the same year, the same two coins, the same three addresses and the same audience. No page here will pick between them, because there is nothing checkable left to pick on.
How to choose inside the group
- By coin first. That splits five into groups of one, one and three immediately.
- Then by what is listed, which this catalogue cannot see and which is usually the real answer.
- Then by what other people report about specific orders, outside this site, in places where buyers write about them.

Markets appear in waves rather than evenly, usually after something bigger stops and its participants need somewhere to go. A group arriving together also faces the same conditions together, which is part of why a pair of markets from the same cohort makes a weaker backup arrangement than a pair from different years.
What to watch rather than what to fear
- Whether the address set changes sensibly, which you can see by comparing published sets every few weeks.
- Whether it is still publishing at all in six months, which is the only real test and cannot be hurried.
- Not the interface, the logo or the launch announcement. None of those have ever predicted anything.
